It reveals notes of dried mirabelle plum, Timut pepper, and dried citrus combined with subtle hints of dried peach, potpourri, and discreet hints of fresh blond tobacco, dried white grape, and a subtle hint of honey/spiced honey. The palate is mineral, well-balanced and offers a certain freshness, fruit, a pulpy side, a lovely gourmandise of the fruit, precision, a delicate roundness as well as an airy character. An elegant tannic structure. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of kumquat, dried mandarin and small notes of beeswax/spiced honey combined with touches of pâtisseries, orange marmalade, a hint of kumquat, cubeb pepper as well as a hint of potpourri/dried flowers, tobacco and dried almond.
