47% (bottled in March 2025) Lovely intense, frank, precise nose which offers a beautiful velvety side as well as an airy side in its power. It reveals notes of kumquat, dried apricot and small notes of dried mirabelle plum associated with lovely hints of spices, cumin and delicate pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, tension, a lovely straightness, a certain power, a stretched side as well as a fruit which takes its place. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of quince, dried apricot and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with touches of dried lemon, a hint of dried citrus zest (lemon, grapefruit…) as well as fine hints of dried tobacco, dried almond and a light oak side. A subtle hint of caramelization in the background. Good length.
