The wine benefits from decanting. There are notes of fresh balsamic, sage, olive tree and small notes of small fleshy fruits, associated with fine hints of sweet pepper. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, unctuous, gourmand and offers good definition, a certain accuracy, a little tension and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy strawberry and small notes of small dense/concentrated fruits, combined with touches of black chocolate, tobacco, nutmeg, as well as a hint of cardamom, black olive and an imperceptible hint of almost thyme in the background. A lovely fleshiness on the palate. The tannins are tasty and fleshy.
