The nose is spicy, frank, velvety, deep and offers a certain intensity in finesse and accuracy and plenitude. It reveals notes of boysenberry, small crushed fruits and sweet spices, associated with touches of smoke, local grove, a hint of black olive, cocoa nibs, as well as a hint of clove and an almost discreet hint of balsamic. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a mineral frame, tension, a certain straightness, structure and a discreet tight side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, violet and small notes of juicy/pulpy red cherry, combined with touches of small wild red berries, arbouse, as well as hints of black olive, a hint of almost mandarin, chocolate, toasted, a subtle touch of almost toasted almond and an imperceptible hint of almost fresh fig in the background. A wine offering juiciness, freshness, energy and a certain purity.
