There are notes of violet, blueberry and cassis, associated with touches of Bigarreau cherry, fine hints of cubeb pepper, nutmeg, as well as a discreet hint of incense and a subtle hint of pepper and vegetation. The palate is beautifully fruity, juicy, fresh, mineral and offers a tangy frame, precision, silkiness, delicacy, gourmandise and a slight concentration of precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, violet plum and small notes of small fresh/crunchy fruits, combined with touches of tonka bean, toasted, a hint of vanilla, as well as a hint of infusion. A certain gourmandise and precision. We find a subtle hint of fresh flowers and fresh pine needles in the background. Good length. A certain chewiness and gourmandise.
