The nose is elegant, racy and offers a certain depth in the aromatic and good definition. It reveals notes of juicy/bright medlar, bright kumquat and small notes of small crushed brugnon, associated with fine hints of fresh sage, passion fruit, as well as a discreet hint of almost mandarin leaf. The palate is nicely fruity, balanced and offers freshness, good definition, dynamism and a gastronomic side. A wine that unfolds gradually, opening up slowly. A lovely finesse in its fatness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright medlar, pulpy physalis and small notes of citron, combined with touches of crushed brugnon, as well as hints of passion fruit, small white flowers and fine, almost macerated hints. Good length. A very discreet/subtle tannic hint.
