(Finished 03/2025) The nose is elegant, precise and offers suppleness, a melodious side, a certain aromatic depth and a pretty floral side. There are notes of yellow peach, kumquat and small notes of juicy/pulpy medlar, associated with touches of white flowers, almost a discreet hint of acacia, a delicate hint of crunchy green almond, a fine hint of toasted almond and a discreet jasmine side. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, round, gourmand and offers a certain fatness in finesse and gourmandise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy nectarine, pulpy green apple and small notes of quenette, combined with touches of jasmine, acacia/acacia flowers, as well as a hint of passion fruit, a very discreet hint of almost green pineapple and fine hints of toasted almond. Good length. A nicely gourmand wine with a subtle iodized hint, finely sappy, in the background. There’s also a fine chewiness and substance/texture on the finish, with a fine straightness.
