The palate is fruity, juicy and presents a tangy frame, precision, suppleness and a certain gourmandise. It also offers precision, a certain creaminess, elegance, a racy side and a fine, airy substance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, concentrated violet plum and small notes of fig, combined with touches of small creamy fruits, Madagascar pepper, roasting, a subtle hint of cocoa nibs and a note of black olive/dry local undergrowth.
