Lovely aromatic and spicy nose. There are notes of black pepper, rosemary and small notes of violet, associated with touches of cassis, small black berries, as well as hints of gray pepper, fine hints of lilac and a subtle hint of spices. The palate is well-built, fruity, silky, fresh and presents suppleness, gourmandise, silkiness, a certain unctuosity in accuracy and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, violet plum and small notes of blueberry, combined with touches of roasted-elegant cherry, as well as hints of cocoa nibs, tobacco, graphene, black olive and a subtle hint of almost sage and spices. Good length. Precise, elegant tannins. A hint of coffee/roasting in the background and an imperceptible, almost sappy hint in the background.
