San Salvatore – Jungano 2021 – Paestum Aglianico

San Salvatore – Jungano 2021 – Paestum Aglianico

The nose is elegant, it presents intensity, freshness and a lovely, frank, well-built grain. It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, pulpy blackberry and small notes of crushed strawberry, associated with touches of crushed cranberry, as well as very discreet hints of violet plum, infusion and olive tree. The palate is well-built, supple, precise, juicy and offers a tangy frame and good definition. It also presents suppleness, accuracy, a mineral frame, freshness, a little unctuosity in freshness, lovely richness, elegance, juiciness and good balance. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy violet plum, crushed raspberry and small notes of roasted-elegant cherry, combined with touches of blueberry, vanilla and a hint of toast and dark chocolate. A beautifully gourmand wine. Creamy, gourmand tannins.
