The nose is elegant, structured, racy and offers a lovely gastronomic side. It reveals notes of pulpy yellow peach, fresh apricot and small notes of toasted, associated with touches of toasted almond, a hint of small fresh passion fruit, as well as discreet hints of sweet flowers. The palate is well-built, supple, juicy, pulpy, fresh and presents good definition and beautiful structure all in control in accuracy. It also offers a certain straightness in elegance and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh vine peach, white flowers and small notes of fresh lemon, combined with touches of fresh kumquat, a hint of quince, a sense of the place, even discreet notes of rosemary and verbena. Good length. Precise, elegant tannins. A wine offering lovely definition, freshness, brightness and creaminess of fruit and lovely structure provided by the wood. Lovely grain and textured. Nice tangy persistence.
