Cantina di Lisandro – Poderi Bosco, Pallagrello Bianco 2020

The nose is fruity, precise and offers intensity, a certain power in precision, good definition and a certain delicacy in its concentration. There are notes of quince, citron and small notes of small intense yellow fruits, associated with fine touches of orange zest, as well as discreet hints of almost acacia, sweet spice and almost curry. The palate is fruity, juicy, it presents a tangy frame, minerality and precision. It offers a beautifully delicate, elegant, airy, mineral, precise and just right side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy kumquat, juicy/pulpy yellow peach and small notes of juicy/ripe apricot, combined with a touch of quenette, acacia, as well as a subtle hint of lilac and nutmeg. Good length. The tannins are precise, sapid and well-built. There’s a subtle hint of salt in the background and a lovely iodized minerality. Very good persistence.
