A lovely, intense nose offering complexity, energy, depth and a certain power. There are notes of concentrated boysenberry, small dense black fruits and small notes of graphene, associated with a side of fruit maceration, cardamom, as well as a discreet hint of infusion and Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, juicy, supple, mineral, gourmand and offers juiciness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, violet and small notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, associated with touches of violet plum, as well as hints of cornflower, camphor, tobacco, subtle hints of cardamom, almost delicate undergrowth and crushed almond. There’s also a hint of more fleshy/juicy fruit in the background. Gourmandise, complexity and a lovely gourmandise on the hint of vanilla in the background. Precise, juicy and elegant wine. Persistence with a hint of elegant black tobacco, bringing depth and a lovely fresh graphene grain. Cellar and decant.
