The nose is fruity, offering a fine creaminess, a certain energy and good definition. It reveals notes of creamy pear, small crushed white fruits and small notes of kumquat zest, associated with a subtle hint of apricot. The palate is fruity, energetic, effervescent, dynamic, round and offers a fine, creamy gasiness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of apricot, pulpy brugnon and small notes of crisp green apple, combined with fine, almost pineapple-like hints, as well as a subtle hint of exotic fruit. A hint of creamy, almost toasted almond in the background. Good length. A subtle hint of lime zest in the background and a fine chalky/tangy hint on the finish/persistence. A vibrant wine with a fine pearly side in the background.
