It reveals notes of crushed red berries, Cubèbe pepper and small notes of sweet spices, associated with fine floral hints and a touch of mandarin. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers energy, a certain suavity, good definition and a lovely pulpy/juicy side to the fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cherry, mandarin and small notes of small fresh/juicy red fruits, combined with touches of almost black olive in the background. Lovely persistence on blood orange.
