The nose is nicely fruity and offers a certain aromatic depth. It reveals notes of quince, small ripe/fresh yellow fruits and small notes of flowers, associated with touches of sense of the place, as well as fine hints of almost ripe pineapple, a hint of yellow flowers and a discreet touch of spice. The palate is fruity, mineral, juicy, fresh and offers good definition, fine fat and a certain gourmandise. It is also precise, supple and energetic. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of medlar, small juicy/pulpy yellow fruits and small notes of apricot, combined with touches of citrus, local grove, as well as a subtle, almost verbena-like hint. Good length. Salinity/sapidity on the finish. Freshness and minerality. A wine offering a certain fatness, roundness and an accuracy of fat. Good persistence.
