The palate is well-built, fruity, fresh, mineral and offers a fine, chiselled side, a fresh frame and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, medlar and small notes of mirabelle plum, combined with touches of fresh medlar as well as a subtle hint of almost small exotic fruits, discreet notes of toasted, iodized and a very discreet touch of sweet spices.
