The nose is pretty, elegant, round, fresh and offers a sustained side. It reveals notes of fresh lychee, white flowers and small notes of fresh mandarin, associated with fine touches of juicy medlar, as well as discreet hints of pear blossom. The palate is mineral, fruity, fresh, it offers a tangy frame, a pretty iodine/salt side and a nice play on good bitters and varietal. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh medlar, physalis and small notes of white flowers and flower pistils, as well as hints of fresh kumquat, fresh hazelnut, orange blossom, salvia and a hint of fresh sage. Good length. A tannic hint in the aromatics and structure. A touch of fresh honey on the nose and palate and a subtle hint of fresh basil and spices on the nose.
