Pellegrino – Il Salinaro 2024, Grillo DOC

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a crispy side and a certain floral side. It reveals notes of carambol, white flowers and small notes of juicy/pulpy nectarine, brugnon, fresh pear, as well as a subtle, almost yuzu-like touch in the background. The palate is well-built, fruity, juicy, it offers a lovely iodine/sapidity, a tangy frame, accuracy, gourmandise and a lovely coating side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy vine peach, juicy/pulpy pear and small notes of carambol, combined with touches of fresh apricot, verbena and white flowers. A lovely little coating side, almost creamy. Gourmandise. Nicely textured and sapid wine.
