Caruso & Minini – Frappato Rosé, 2024 – Terre Siciliane IGP

The nose is beautifully delicate, velvety and bewitching. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, fresh quince and small notes of small fresh fruits, as well as discreet hints of flowers and a subtle touch of rose and apricot. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, mineral, elegant, bewitching and finely enveloping. It offers a certain gourmandise, a tangy frame and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quenette, vine peach and small notes of fresh raspberry, combined with a touch of small pulpy fruits, apricot, as well as a delicate floral hint. Good length. A well-built wine with a subtle hint of good bitterness in the background. Nice freshness.
