The palate is mineral, fruity, it offers a mineral frame, freshness, balance and a finely velvety, iodized side. The palate is spicy. It expresses notes of quince, medlar and small notes of small dried yellow fruits, combined with touches racy minerality as well as a hint of nutmeg, tobacco, fine hints of curry, cumin and spices. Good length. Lovely aromatic persistence.
