It reveals notes of juicy yellow peach, quince and small notes of fleshy apple, associated with fine hints of flowers, mandarin tree, as well as fine hints of almost sweet lemon and discreet hints of toasted/toasted hazelnut. The palate is fresh, juicy, it offers a tangy frame, energy, good definition, delicacy, an airy side, effervescence, delicacy and fine creaminess. Subtlety. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, crisp apple and small notes of crunchy brugnon, combined with touches of lemon, lemon blossom, as well as a subtle hint of quince, toasted and a tannic hint on the finish, both in structure and aroma. Good length. A beautifully built wine, delicate, juicy and precise. Salinity on the finish.
