The nose is fleshy, presents a certain little power and a stretched and smoked side. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of small crushed fruits, associated with touches of blond tobacco, nutmeg and a hint of spice, smoke and a subtle, almost incense-like hint. The palate is fruity, juicy, supple and offers lovely freshness, acidity, energy and good definition. It also presents a certain gourmandise, brilliance and fine creaminess. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, creamy redcurrant and small notes of pulpy cherry, combined with touches of violet, as well as hints of balsamic, fairly ripe cherry, as well as hints of chocolate, toasted almond and a subtle hint of thyme blossom in the background. Good length and definition. A nice little chewiness and gourmandise.
