The nose is elegant, frank and offers concentration and a fine intensity/power. It reveals notes of date, tarte tatin and small notes of peach in syrup, associated with touches of apricot, beeswax, as well as a hint of spices, cumin, gingerbread and a subtle touch of small dried fruits. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a tangy frame, minerality, energy and good definition. It also presents a melodious, delicate, juicy and energetic side at the same time. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of dried fig, currant and small notes of dried apricot, combined with touches of saffron in its floral side, honey, dry cookie, as well as fine hints of tarte tatin. Good length. The tannins are precise and finely mellow.
