The wine has a beautiful, bright pale straw color. The first nose is fresh and discreet with notes of peach and pineapple. The second nose opens with a little more intensity but still discreet with a touch of butter, ripe yellow lemon as well as peach and juicy nectarine. The palate is fresh, fruity with notes of grapefruit, juicy nectarine, fresh yellow peach and lemon. There is a good salivating acidity with a salinity on the finish. The aromas are discreet, fine with a finish with a hint of lovely bitters on almond and quince.
