The wine has a bright straw color. The first nose is fresh, fruity, and floral with notes of Tahitian tiare and fresh mango. There are hints of butter, mint, and juicy yellow peach. The second nose opens with a slight, racy minerality and hints of yellow lemon. The palate is fresh, almost minty at the attack with notes of apple, juicy ripe yellow lemon, and yellow peach. There is a beautiful salivating salinity until the finish. The acidity is refreshing. There are notes of almond, juicy lemon, and light toasted butter on the finish.
