The wine has a beautiful, bright pale lemon color. The first nose is fresh and discreet with notes of ripe lemon and pine sap. The second nose opens with a very minty note and green tea. We perceive discreet fruits like mandarin zest and apple. The palate is fresh, fruity on the attack, delicate with a tangy side. We find apple, juicy lemon as well as mandarin zest and a hint of juicy white grape. There is a slight note of butter and the finish, saline and salivating, ends on a floral touch of rose.
