The wine has a beautiful, bright pale lemon color. The first nose is aromatic with notes of toast, butter, and pine sap. Fruits such as yellow peach and ripe lemon are perceived. The second nose opens with more intensity and hints of mandarin zest, fresh mango, and banana. The palate is fresh and fruity with a beautiful tangy and mineral attack. Stone fruits such as yellow peach and nectarine are found, as well as citrus fruits such as juicy ripe lemon and mandarin zest. There are subtle hints of apple, and a slight salinity appears in the mid-palate with butter and toast. The finish is aromatic and long, with apricot kernel, butter, and almond. Masterful.
