The wine has a beautiful, bright lemon color. The first nose is aromatic with notes of lemon, apple, crushed banana, and flowers like honeysuckle. The second nose opens with more finesse, notes of butter and light toast, as well as lemon zest. The palate is fresh and tangy from the start, with notes of juicy pineapple, fresh apple, ripe lemon, and peach. There are subtle hints of lemon blossom and a mouth-watering mineral acidity in the mid-palate and through to the finish. There is a beautiful balance, fullness, and at the same time a certain directness brought by the acidity. The finish is almond-flavored.
