The wine has a beautiful, bright lemon color. The first nose is fresh and aromatic with notes of yellow peach and grapefruit. There is also a slight mineral salinity as well as hints of yellow lemon and toast. The second nose opens with a still well-defined aromatic fruit. There are citrus fruits as well as stone fruits and a hint of butter. The palate is fresh, fruity, and aromatic from the start with notes of banana, juicy yellow peach, mirabelle plum, and ripe yellow lemon. There is a beautiful, refreshing and salivating mineral acidity with a salinity on the finish. It is delicious with a hint of tangy juicy pineapple. The finish is more on butter, pine sap, and lemon zest. There is a very nice length that focuses after several caudalies on the toast.
