Domaine Servin – Blanchot 2022 – AOC Chablis Grand Cru

The wine has a beautiful bright straw color. The first nose is fresh, relatively intense with a nice minerality and notes of slightly green fruits like lime and green pear. The second nose opens with hints of fresh butter, cream as well as roasted almond, white pepper and juicy pineapple. The palate is fresh, tangy on the attack with a beautiful note of juicy white peach, apricot, crisp fresh apple and lemon. There is a mineral salinity in the mid-palate that continues to the finish. There is a nice balance between freshness and fruit. There is a certain fatness and a length on the finesse, butter, apricot kernel and green olive.
