The second nose opens with more intensity and notes of stone fruits such as yellow peach and juicy ripe lemon. There are hints of mango, vanilla, and lemon blossom. The palate is fresh and fruity with notes of vanilla, toast, fresh apple, and juicy lemon. There is good salinity on the mid-palate with mouthwatering acidity. The finish is saline with almond and quince.
