The wine has a beautiful, bright straw color. The first nose is mineral, almost smoky. The wine needs to breathe. There are hints of lemon and green pear. The second nose opens with a still racy minerality but also a beautiful buttery touch and notes of peach, mango, and orange blossom. There is still some reduction: decanting is necessary. The palate is fresh with good acidity. There are notes of apple, lemon, and green and red plum. There is a slight salinity at the end of the palate with a lovely note of quince on the length.
