The wine has a beautiful, bright lemon color. The first nose is intense, aromatic with exotic fruits like passion fruit. There are also citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lime. It is a fragrant nose with an almost vegetal hint of green asparagus. The second nose opens with more finesse. We find lemon but yellow and ripe as well as a hint of juicy yellow peach. The palate is fresh, fruity with notes of lemon, juicy grapefruit as well as yellow peach. There is a good salivating and saline acidity until the end of the mouth with a hint of cream. There is a little tension brought by this acidity until the finish.
