Olivier Boussard 2023 – AOC Petit Chablis

The wine has a bright pale lemon color. The first nose is intense and sunny, with fruit notes such as juicy yellow peach, ripe lemon, and a hint of fresh mango. The second nose opens with a little more intensity and a floral touch of honeysuckle and lemon blossom. The palate is fresh with a little dynamism on the attack. There is a beautiful, clear note of juicy ripe lemon, along with subtle hints of apple and yellow peach. There is good, mouth-watering acidity and a discreet hint of butter in the background. The finish is mouth-watering, almost saline, and clear with a hint of lemon blossom.
