J. Moreau & Fils – Les Petits Dieux 2023 – AOC Petit Chablis

The wine has a bright straw color. The first nose is intense and fresh with notes of fruits such as juicy white grapes, lemon, and stone fruits like white peach. A hint of banana is also perceived. The second nose opens with more intensity and directness with notes of fruits but also flowers like honeysuckle. A more exotic aspect also emerges with a hint of lychee. The palate is fresh with a slight salinity on the attack. It is fluid with notes of fruits such as peach, banana, lychee, and even guava. A slight hint of butter is perceived. There is a good salivating acidity until the finish.
