The wine has a beautiful, bright straw color. The first nose is fresh and fruity with notes of lemon and fresh apple. There are also hints of toast and white pepper. The second nose opens with finesse and tension. We find ripe lemon and hints of green plum. The palate is fresh and fruity with a nice acidity from the start. The salinity in the mid-palate is interesting and dynamic. There are notes of lemon, plum, and peach with the presence of butter and toast. The finish is fine and fresh with a floral salivation.
