The nose is fruity and offers a certain fleshiness/pulpiness of fruit. It reveals notes of fleshy raspberry, cherry and small notes of fresh/pulpy blackberry, associated with touches of small crushed fruits, as well as fine hints of cubeb pepper, nutmeg and a subtle hint of mandarin/mandarin zest. The palate is fruity, juicy, tangy, mineral and offers energy and a vibrant side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy cassis, crunchy cherry and small notes of crushed redcurrant, combined with touches of lilac, crunchy violet plum, as well as fine hints of mandarin, racy minerality and a very discreet hint of vanilla. Good length. A wine offering fruit, gourmandise and energy. Good persistence, finely sapid and saline.
