The nose is fruity and offers a certain aromatic concentration and elegant austerity. It reveals notes of wild blueberry, wild strawberry and small notes of nutmeg, associated with touches of sweet spices, as well as a hint of sweet pepper. The palate is well-built, supple, juicy, precise, mineral and offers a tangy frame and freshness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, blueberry and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of small fleshy/pulpy red fruits, as well as hints of cornflower, blond tobacco, smoke, cardamom and fine hints of nutmeg. There’s a lovely pulpiness to the red fruits and a subtle hint flirting with the roast-juicy. An almost floral/varietal hint in the background. The tannins are mellow, gourmand and precise. A wine offering lovely freshness, roundness and a certain fatness in the roundness.
