Château Tour de Pez 2024 – Saint-Estèphe

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers depth and a certain elegant darkness. It reveals notes of wild cassis, small ripe juniper berries and small notes of small creamy red berries, associated with touches of lilac, racy minerality and a hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, juicy, supple, it offers brightness, definition, a certain gourmandise, precision and accuracy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, cornflower and small notes of star anise, combined with touches of bright cherry, brilliant redcurrant, juicy/tangy blueberry, as well as hints of cherry blossom, sweet tobacco and a hint of smoke. Good length and harmony. A wine offering freshness, elegance and a subtle hint of almost blood orange in the background.
