It also presents energy, purity, a lovely racy grain, a certain depth, a lovely coating side in elegance and a light fatness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quenette, bright pear and small notes of pulpy vine peach, combined with touches of lilac, small exotic fruits, as well as fine apricot hints, fine, small fruits hints, a certain gourmandise and a fine toasted hint. Good length. Mellow, textured and a tannic side in both aromatic and structure. A subtle hint of lemon caviar on the persistence.
