Château Ricaud – Grand Vin 2024 – Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux

The nose offers fine concentration, fruit, an infusion side and a certain aromatic depth. There are notes of pulpy wild blackberry, juicy/pulpy cassis and small notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, associated with a touch of lilac, nutmeg, as well as a hint of pulpy cherry and a discreet hint of aniseed/liquorice. The palate offers fruit, minerality, freshness, juiciness, a mineral frame and a little fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cherry, creamy cassis and small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, combined with touches of lilac, fresh cornflower, as well as hints of crushed rhubarb, toasted and a hint of chocolate. Finely mellow tannins. A fine, gourmand austerity.
