Château Plain Point 2024 – Fronsac

The nose is aromatic, it offers fruit, a certain light intensity and precision. It reveals notes of pulpy boysenberry, wild raspberry and small notes of lilac, associated with touches of toasted, as well as fine hints of gray pepper, small fruits and Timut pepper. The palate is juicy, fruity, brightness, mineral and fresh. It offers gourmandise, tension, a certain suppleness and salinity, all with precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy plum, violet and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of tobacco, nutmeg, as well as hints of vanilla. Good length. The tannins are precise and mellow. A subtle hint of almost mandarin and discreet cocoa notes in the background.
