The nose is spicy and peppery, it offers a lovely finesse in its grain and a certain intensity. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and black pepper, associated with touches of tobacco, camphor, a hint of clove as well as notes of toasted hazelnut. The palate is beautifully silky, delicate, gourmand and just right, offering a chiseled side and relief/brilliance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cherry and small notes of cranberry, small red berries, associated with touches of graphene, star anise as well as a subtle hint of Bourbon vanilla. A wine offering a lovely definition in finesse and purity. The tannins are precise, elegant and racy.
