The palate is well-built and supple, offering precision, definition, gourmandise, acidity and crispness. It also presents a little side of sappy in the background/frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, star anise annd small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of cassis, blackberry, blueberry as well as hints of blond tobacco and redcurrant. A wine offering accuracy, precision, freshness and energy.
