Château Fage 2024 – Graves de Vayres

The nose is spicy, aromatic and offers relatively intense and floral grain. It reveals notes of boysenberry, pulpy raspberry and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of crushed strawberry, a fine hint of pulpy violet plum and sweet spices, as well as a hint of toast and iodine. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and mineral. It offers a fresh frame, a certain tension, precision and a lovely fine, coating fatness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, violet and small notes of pulpy raspberry, associated with touches of bright cherry, as well as hints of blueberry, blond tobacco and a subtle floral/sappy hint. Good length. Nice persistence.
