The nose is spicy, frank, precise, racy and offers a certain depth of elegance. It reveals notes of wild cassis, sweet pepper and small notes of violet, associated with touches of toasted and nutmeg. The palate is beautifully fruity, velvety, fresh, mineral, it offers a tangy frame, precision, tension, relief and an airy side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh, creamy cassis, tangy/pulpy blackberry and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of small brilliant red fruits, as well as a subtle hint of almost mandarin, tonka bean and toasted. A lovely, velvety, gourmand grain with a hint of chocolate. A nicely gourmand wine, with brightness, control and a certain velvetiness. A subtle hint of iodized in the background.
