The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, it presents a little fatness that coats, a mineral frame and a sappy/floral/pistil side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, cherry and small notes of violet and peony, combined with a touch of cassis bud, as well as fine hints of toasted and chocolate.
