The palate is mineral, fresh, with a floral, airy, taut side and racy minerality. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/fresh raspberry and small notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, as well as fine hints of cornflower, violet, fine hints of licorice stick and smoke. Good length. A subtle hint of toasted hazelnut.
