It reveals notes of pulpy wild cassis, pulpy boysenberry and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of strawberry charlotte, as well as fine hints of spices and cornflower. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave, it offers a mineral frame, good definition, a certain rightness, a little tension, a racy side and gourmandise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, cornflower and small notes of brilliant blackberry, combined with touches of roasted cherry, as well as hints of violet, racy minerality, bergamot and a hint of toasted. Delicate hints of infusion, freshness, harmony and gourmandise are also present.
